Loved the lamb burger as well as the rich history the company has with its roots reaching back to austin Texas where it’s head quarters is. All of the staff where courteous , knowledgeable and you could tell loved being there. It was my first time visiting the post and as well as their eatery and will definitely be back.

Everything I have eaten here is absolutely incredible. The lamb Birria burger with consume dipping sauce is so juicy and succulent. And the French fries are fried in wagyu beef fat- hands down the best fries I have ever had. This is my favorite place to eat in the new POST market. 10/10 recommend.
